Refund and cancellation

 

1. Individual, couple and group sessions

We do not accept cancellation and refund on any of our services after purchase, we would only be able to place you on another date/timing/event within two months after the first appointment/event, and only if the inquiry is made minimum 24 hours before the due date for valid reason. (medical emergency)

Please note that no other appointment will be given if the inquiry is made 24 hours before the due date.

 

In case of event cancellation due to COVID restrictions or a cancellation from our side (due to unavoidable circumstances), reschedule will be offered.

You acknowledge that you do not obtain the right to a refund where you have changed your mind or you have breached these Terms before or during an Event or you insist on our services being performed in a way that is against our advice. 

 

2. Private and corporate events:

Deposit paid are non-refundable and its value is 50% of the total amount.

We can offer a reschedule/ change of date at no extra cost if a notice of 7 days before event is provided.

Final payment is due 2 days prior to the event date.

We do not offer refund/credit in case any cancellations are made after the final payment.

In case of cancellation due to COVID restrictions, the event can be rescheduled to our next available date at no extra cost. 

 

3. Classes:

No refund or cancellation for our classes, attended or not, payment is due monthly.
